Event Details

TeSH will host the following life science events.

Tech Startup HOKURIKU (TeSH) is a startup creation platform originating from universities and colleges of technology in the Hokuriku region. It is led by the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) and Kanazawa University as its core institutions, and jointly operated by 11 universities and 3 colleges of technology (hereinafter referred to as "Kosen") across the three prefectures of Hokuriku.

TeSH aims to significantly enhance both the quality and quantity of startups originating from universities and colleges of technology in the Hokuriku region. By fostering publicly listed companies and new industries with global reach from Hokuriku, TeSH seeks to revitalize the region, contribute to solving local social challenges, and stimulate new demands for talent and capital investment.
This event is intended to contribute to the formation of a life science ecosystem that connects the Hokuriku region with the Tokyo metropolitan area and beyond to the global stage, through presentations by researchers and panel discussions. A life science ecosystem refers to a network or framework in which researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors involved in fields such as medicine, biotechnology, and drug discovery collaborate to bring treatments and technologies into practical societal use.

You are welcome to participate either in person or online, so please feel free to join us.
